Our Process.

  1. Schedule a call with us so that we can get a thorough understanding of your business + provide you the best service option.

  2. Select the tier of coverage that works best for your business.

  3. Sign your service contract, submit all required documents + pay a one time onboarding fee.

  4. Once your application has been processed, we will present you with your physician agreement to sign, treatment protocols + EMR set-up guide.

  5. Now, you GROW.

  • We understand business overhead can be high - even crippling. It’s for that reason that we’ve worked to create a Medical Director option that’s comprehensive + affordable.

    Your costs will be a one time onboarding fee, $2500 for individual coverage + then your monthly coverage fee based on the tier of services you provide.

  • There’s a lot that goes into Medical Director coverage. That’s why we have incurred the legal fees to create the agreements necessary between you + our Medical Directors.

    While you do not need an attorney, you are welcome to retain one to review your agreements at your expense if you choose to.

  • Aesthetic Medical Partners will provide a secondary insurance for you. However, you are required to provide your own primary insurance coverage. We are happy to provide a referral to an insurance carrier if you need one.

  • No. Once your agreement is signed, we work on a month to month basis. So, if at any time, this coverage is no longer necessary for your business, we only require a 60 day written notice to discontinue coverage.

  • Our team of Physicians spans the country! We don’t just pair you with a Physician + hope for the best. You will have the Physician oversight you need to run your business + a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or PA to give you that one on one support you need to be successful!
